How has being part of Enactus influenced /impacted you personally?

Enactus has helped me create lasting friendships, given me confidence in my professional career and developed my drive to give back to my community.

How has being part of Enactus influenced / impacted you professionally?

I have learnt valuable skills in presentation, public speaking, how to assess and implement buisness ideas, and broadened my horizon in the social enterprise field.

How would you describe the benefits of Enactus to someone who is considering joining a team?

I would say that Enactus really helps you develop critical professional skills you might not learn through your Uni degree, and you also get to meet like minded people who care about the same causes as you.

Please share some detail about a memorable experience / experiences you had whilst with Enactus.

Attending the nationals competition was one of my favourite experiences, seeing students from other universities present their ideas and all of them passionate about making the world a better place.

Briefly outline your career journey.

I currently serve as the Chief Impact Officer for the Children’s Health Aid Team (CHAT), a non-profit organisation that works to improve dental health of rural children in Vietnam. I am responsible for developing impact measurement frameworks, overseeing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate impact considerations. I also co-founded Teach Learn Grow TC, where I served as the COO and Board Member, and managed HR policies and recruitment as co-founder of TEDxUWA. I am also a qualified dental surgeon.    With a strong foundation in strategic management, leadership skills, and a passion for making a positive impact, I strive to make meaningful change and contribute to organisations that share the same values.
